Our property managers run the home after move-in: rent collection, renewals, resident communication, and the day-to-day that keeps people in place. We hold to clear standards and read the whole picture rather than reduce a resident to a score.

In-field maintenance techs and a coordinated work-order queue keep homes in good repair and residents answered. A fix that closes in the first week is the thing a resident actually remembers, so we staff and route around closing it fast.
